On Tuesday, Russia’s air defenses shot down two Ukrainian drones over the Moscow region, the city’s mayor said.
Sergei Sobyanin said via Telegram that Russian air defense intercepted two Ukrainian drones, One in the Krasnogorsk area, the other one downed in the Chastsy area. The city’s emergency services were responding, he added.
However, the mayor didn’t provide details of any harm or deaths.
Two Ukraine’s drones had been shot down over the Moscow region, the Russian defense ministry said, adding there had been no harm or deaths.
Earlier, the TASS news agency reported that Air traffic at Moscow’s Vnukovo, Domodedovo, and Sheremetyevo airports had been shortly suspended.
The agency added that Krasnogorsk’s residential building’s glass shattered was recorded on several floors. It said that a few cars parked near the house were also destroyed.
The defense ministry of Moscow said that Russian air defense downed two Ukrainian drones over the Bryansk region near the Ukrainian border.
Last week, two Ukrainian drones were driven to Moscow’s financial district, each causing minor damage to the fronts of residential buildings.
