It’s been a year since the heartbreaking news of the death of Queen Elizabeth was spun around the World. The late monarch died on September 8, 2022, after 70 memorable years on the Royal seat.
She passed away at the age of 96 at Balmoral, her beloved Scottish summer residence, while her close family were thought to be en route.
A State Funeral was scheduled at Westminster Abbey on September 19, followed by a committal service at St George’s Chapel, Windsor. Her death began a flux of homages around the world, with royal well-wishers and World leaders alike sharing emotional messages of condolences.
