London-based tattoo artist Diogo Rodrigues had the privilege of creating this artwork for Grande. He took to his Instagram account to share a close-up of the tattoo and express his gratitude to Ariana for trusting him with this creative endeavor.

The “Into You” songstress had long harbored the desire to get this particular tattoo, and she spoke about her connection to it in an interview with Allure Magazine. She revealed, “This one I knew I wanted to get for a very long time. It’s Glinda from the original L. Frank Baum book. I waited forever to fill up this hand. And I thought, ‘I’m gonna wait for the right thing to come along,’ and yeah, that felt very right.”
