Meghan Markle has reportedly received advice against penning her own memoir, particularly in the aftermath of recent claims about the late Queen’s displeasure with the Sussex couple.
In an upcoming book by royal author Robert Hardman about King Charles III, concerns have surfaced within the Palace regarding the potential impact of a new tell-all from across the Atlantic following Prince Harry’s revelations.
Speculation has been rife among royal experts that the Duchess of Sussex is in the process of working on her autobiography, intending to delve into aspects of her childhood, her experiences within the royal family, and her relationships with various family members.
However, royal expert Lady Colin Campbell cautioned against the prospect of Meghan Markle publishing a memoir, asserting that the public is increasingly disenchanted with the couple’s actions and alleged falsehoods. She stated, “Everybody’s so turned off by them and their constant antics and lies.”
Speaking to GB News, Lady Campbell added, “I suspect any book she writes is going to tank as well. And if it doesn’t, her reputation will be sucked. She’s going to tank with it.”
These advisories come on the heels of revelations made by Robert Hardman regarding Queen Elizabeth’s reaction to the naming of Harry and Meghan’s daughter, Lilibet, born in 2021. According to palace sources, the late monarch was reportedly “as angry as I’d ever seen her” after the Sussexes suggested that they had received her blessings for the chosen name.
