Ivanka Trump and her 13-year-old daughter Arabella made a notable appearance at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Miami, joining thousands of fans at Hard Rock Stadium over the weekend. Sources revealed that Ivanka, the daughter of former President and 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump, attended the show with her daughter and friends, indulging in Arabella’s love for the pop superstar.
The appearance comes on the heels of political tension between Taylor Swift and Donald Trump. Just weeks before the Miami concert, Swift, 34, publicly endorsed Democratic candidate Kamala Harris for the upcoming 2024 presidential election. This endorsement prompted a sharp response from Donald Trump, who posted a blunt statement on social media declaring, “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!”
Ivanka’s daughter Arabella has long been a devoted fan of Swift. In July, Ivanka shared an Instagram post celebrating Arabella’s birthday with a cake featuring a famous line from Swift’s 2014 hit “Blank Space”—“Boys only want love if it’s torture.” The cake resembled the one from Swift’s music video, with Ivanka captioning the post, “Best cake for my favorite Swiftie.”
Despite the political tension between her father and the singer, Ivanka and Arabella seemed to enjoy the concert. Taylor Swift’s Miami show, part of her blockbuster Eras Tour, which kicked off in March 2023, was packed with fans thrilled by her performances.
Swift’s endorsement of Kamala Harris, shared via Instagram on September 10, followed an incident in which Swift’s likeness was used by Donald Trump’s campaign without her permission. Swift expressed concern over the use of AI-generated imagery that falsely suggested her support for Trump. In her post, she clarified her actual stance, stating her intent to vote for Kamala Harris and her running mate Tim Walz in the 2024 election.
Swift praised Harris as a strong and capable leader who fights for causes she believes in, such as LGBTQ+ rights and women’s reproductive rights. She noted that Walz has long been an advocate for these issues and more. Swift’s post ended with a lighthearted dig at Trump’s running mate, J.D. Vance, as she signed off with, “Childless cat lady.”
In response to Swift’s endorsement, Donald Trump reacted during an interview with Fox & Friends, stating, “I was never a Taylor Swift fan… She’s always been liberal and backs Democrats. I think she’ll pay a price for it in the marketplace.”
Despite the political friction, Swift’s Eras Tour has been a monumental success, captivating audiences worldwide. With nearly 150 shows, the tour is set to conclude in December, continuing to attract fans like Arabella who admire the singer’s music and message.
