Kim Kardashian recently opened up about what her life might have been like had her father, Robert Kardashian, still been alive. The 44-year-old reality star marked the fifth anniversary of the UCLA Robert G. Kardashian Center for Esophageal Health, an institution established in honor of her father, who passed away from esophageal cancer in 2003. Kim’s reflection took place during the March 27th episode of The Kardashians.
During the episode, Kim and her sisters fondly reminisced about their late father and shared their thoughts on how he might have influenced their lives. “He was very playful and very fun,” Kim recalled, admitting that if he were around today, he’d likely be “pretty pissed off at a lot of things too.” She then joked, “I’d be grounded for life already.”

Khloe Kardashian also shared her memories, describing Robert as “incredibly goofy” and the “class clown” of the family. She speculated that some of the sisters’ antics might not have been to his liking. “But I also think if he was here, we would probably also be different at the same time. Like, maybe not make some of the stupid choices we’ve made. Who knows?”

Kourtney Kardashian added that their father would have definitely been involved in their reality show. “He would definitely be in on the pranks with us. He would be super proud of the families that we’ve created and that we’ve all stayed so close,” she said.
Kim also reflected on the legacy her father left behind, noting that he would likely be most proud of the UCLA foundation, which supports esophageal cancer research. “He would be incredibly proud of the work we’re doing in his honor,” Kim said.
As the Kardashian sisters continue to honor their father’s memory, the celebration of the UCLA foundation and their personal reflections on Robert’s influence show how deeply he impacted their lives—both during his time with them and long after his passing.
