Donald Trump reportedly upset over not receiving an invitation to King Charles’ coronation

Former US President Donald Trump may be feeling snubbed and angry for not receiving an invitation to King Charles’ coronation, according to Jordan James, CEO of Unlocked PR.

More than 70 leaders from around the world are expected to attend the event in London, but Trump’s name was not on the guest list.

“With Trump valuing his ‘connection’ to the royals, he is no doubt feeling snubbed and angry by not being invited to the coronation,” James told the media.

Trump has often spoken about his closeness to Queen Elizabeth II and her family and has praised her publicly. “She [the Queen] was incredible, for decades and decades she never made a mistake. I cannot think of a mistake she made, she was never controversial,” he said in an interview earlier this year with GB News.

James believes Trump’s exclusion from the event may hurt his relationship with the Queen and her family.

Meanwhile, the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, has confirmed his attendance at the coronation service at Westminster Abbey on May 6th, while his wife, the Duchess of Sussex, will remain in California with their children.

The coronation of King Charles III is expected to attract significant global attention and generate millions of pounds for the UK hospitality and pub industries. Despite opposition from some members of the public, Buckingham Palace has defended the event, citing its importance as a national and global event.
