Prince Harry is preparing for a high-profile appearance in Las Vegas that resonates with a cause close to his brother Prince William’s heart — their late mother Princess Diana’s commitment to supporting the next generation.
In a meaningful continuation of Diana’s humanitarian mission, The Diana Award — the only charity named in her honor — has unveiled a powerful new initiative titled ‘Pledge to Invest’. This program aims to empower young changemakers and encourage corporate investment in youth leadership.

The Duke of Sussex is scheduled to speak at the ServiceNow Knowledge 2025 conference on May 6 in Las Vegas. He will participate in a panel discussion moderated by Dr. Tessy Ojo, CEO of The Diana Award.
Joining Prince Harry on stage will be Paul Fipps, President of Global Customer Operations at ServiceNow, along with two recipients of the Diana Legacy Award, Sikander “Sonny” Khan and Christina Williams. The panel will explore how employers can actively support youth leadership and create opportunities for young people to succeed in today’s evolving workplace.

Dr. Ojo emphasized the significance of the initiative, stating:
“Companies that invest in youth leadership today are cultivating the workforce, innovators, and consumers of tomorrow.”
The ‘Pledge to Invest’ initiative is part of a broader effort to inspire forward-thinking businesses to make impactful, measurable contributions to the future of young leaders.
The Diana Award, established to honor Princess Diana’s legacy, has been a driving force in youth development and empowerment for more than 25 years. Through programs like this, the charity continues to nurture young talent and create pathways for success — carrying forward the values Diana held dear.
As Prince Harry steps into the spotlight to champion this cause, his involvement underscores the continued relevance of his mother’s mission and the importance of youth-led change in shaping a better future.
