Meghan Markle is opening up about the everyday challenges of modern life in a newly released episode of her podcast series, “Confessions of a Female Founder”, following Princess Kate Middleton’s powerful message on the healing connection between people and nature.
The Duchess of Sussex featured Heather Hasson, co-founder of the medical apparel brand FIGS, as her guest in the latest episode. Together, the two women dove into the realities of building a business from the ground up, touching on the highs, lows, and lessons learned through entrepreneurship.

They also explored the importance of staying connected to the small, daily details that often go unnoticed but make a big difference in both business and personal life.
During the episode, Meghan shared a rare personal anecdote about her own struggles in the kitchen. After Heather admitted to not being the best cook, Meghan responded with a relatable take:
“I think the whole point for me is when you see something that’s an easy solve in the everyday, that’s not complicated, not fussy, how do you get your hands involved and change the way of thinking surrounding it so it doesn’t feel daunting?”
The Duchess also reflected on balancing motherhood and meals for Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet:
“I see vegetables, and I see takeout — because I don’t have time to cook every day — and I go, how do I still make this flattering, beautiful and present well and something people find appetising?”
The podcast episode came shortly after Princess Kate released a heartfelt message promoting a nature-based initiative that encourages people to reconnect with the outdoors, especially during difficult times. Kate, currently recovering from a cancer diagnosis, spoke about how Mother Nature has played a significant role in her healing and emotional well-being.
While Kate focuses on emotional wellness through nature, Meghan is highlighting the realities of daily life and entrepreneurship, offering a relatable perspective for women juggling personal growth, parenting, and professional ambitions.
With both royal women addressing wellness and balance from different angles, their efforts continue to inspire audiences worldwide.
