Tom Hiddleston, best known for his iconic portrayal of Loki in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), has officially confirmed that he will reprise his role in the upcoming film Avengers: Doomsday, directed by the Russo brothers.
The 44-year-old British actor revealed the news during the promotion of his latest film, The Life of Chuck, expressing enthusiasm and gratitude for continuing his journey as the fan-favorite god of mischief.
“It’s very exciting. I have loved playing Loki,” Hiddleston told Men’s Health.
“Loki’s been a companion for a long period of my adult life. He’s a character of such depth and range and complexity, and it never feels like the same experience.”
