Pop sensation Olivia Rodrigo is winning hearts not just for her music but for her compassion behind the scenes. The 22-year-old star, who first skyrocketed to fame with her breakout single Drivers License, has been hailed as a generous and thoughtful leader after providing free therapy for her band and crew during her recently concluded Guts World Tour.

During an episode of The Stage Left podcast, Rodrigo’s guitarist Daisy Spencer revealed the singer’s unexpected yet deeply appreciated gesture. “Olivia and our tour manager Marty Hom made therapy accessible and free for all of the touring personnel. I have never had anything like that,” said Spencer.
Spencer went on to express how the initiative reignited her own mental wellness journey. “It reminded me how important therapy is. I had fallen off for a while, and suddenly I had access to incredible therapists. I made the most of it — going once a week, or whenever I could. Even during off-time, the support was still there,” she shared.
Calling Rodrigo the “dreamiest boss of all time,” Spencer applauded the young artist for going above and beyond to ensure her team’s mental well-being was prioritized throughout the long months on the road.
Rodrigo’s Guts World Tour, which launched on February 24, 2024, and wrapped on July 1, 2025, saw her performing across multiple continents. While the tour delivered high-energy performances and chart-topping hits, it’s this thoughtful behind-the-scenes act that’s now making waves across social media.
Fans and mental health advocates alike are praising Rodrigo for setting a new standard in the entertainment industry — one that not only entertains but truly cares.
