The beloved rom-com Emily in Paris is gearing up for its highly anticipated fifth season, and fans couldn’t be more excited. With fresh filming locations and new faces joining the cast, the upcoming season promises to deliver a bold new chapter in Emily Cooper’s fashionable adventures.

The hit Netflix series, created by Darren Star, first debuted in 2020 and quickly gained a global following. Now, as season five approaches its expected release by the end of 2025, social media is buzzing over the show’s glamorous shift to Italian filming locations, signaling a new twist in the storyline.

Returning for season five is Lily Collins as the ever-stylish Emily Cooper, alongside familiar favorites:

  • Ashley Park as Mindy Chen
  • Lucas Bravo as Gabriel
  • Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu as Sylvie Grateau
  • Lucien Laviscount as Alfie Peterson
  • Eugenio Franceschini as Marcello Muratori

However, one major change has caught fans off guard—Camille Razat, who portrayed Camille de Lalisse, will not return for the new season. The actress has reportedly stepped away from the show to focus on other professional endeavors.

In her absence, several new characters will make their debut. Notably, Minnie Driver joins the cast as Princess Jane, a member of the royal family and a close friend of Sylvie Grateau.
Michele Laroque will appear as Yvette, and Bryan Greenberg joins as Jake, adding new dynamics and intrigue to the ensemble.

With a combination of familiar charm and exciting updates, Emily in Paris season five is shaping up to be one of the most stylish and dramatic seasons yet. As fans count down to its premiere, all eyes are on what surprises await Emily as she navigates love, work, and fashion—this time, with a touch of Italian flair.
