Lee Do Hyun, star of the hit K-drama “The Glory”, recently spoke with ESQUIRE Korea about his career and the story behind his recent viral moment at a Valentino event.
The actor was asked by reporters to make a heart pose with both of his hands, but since he was holding a bag at the time, he decided to hold it between his arms instead. The resulting pose quickly went viral on social media.
When asked about the clip going viral, Lee explained the story behind what happened. “Staff members asked me if I did that intentionally or if it just happened instinctively, and I said I did it instinctively because the bag was in my hands so I thought I’ll hold it. Originally, I didn’t know what to do so I was going to hold it in between my teeth, but the bag was not mine so I held it. That’s how the pose came to be.”
Despite the unexpected viral moment, Lee remains focused on his acting career. He recently starred in the K-drama “Youth of May” and has several upcoming projects in the works.
Fans can look forward to seeing more of Lee’s talent on screen, and perhaps even more viral moments in the future.
