On Wednesday Elon Musk said that he would find a new CEO who could take charge and authority of Twitter in a disciplined manner. But remember he took charge of Twitter last year in October.

For his favorite and most preferred social media platform, Elon Musk paid $44 billion last year. But the tension occurred when his car company Tesla’s share plummeted since he took charge of Twitter. Twitter has been riven by Chaos since Musk took charge of Twitter last year on October 27. Musk faced many critical because of the return of banned accounts, and the suspension of journalist accounts.

I’m guessing probably towards the end of this year should be good timing to find someone else to run the company. I need to stabilize the organization and make sure it’s in a healthy place and that the product roadmap is laid out… I think it should be in a stable position around the end of this year.”

Elon Musk told the World Government Summit conference in Dubai via video.

On December 21, when he first announced that he will step down as CEO of Twitter than he adds he would limit his duties to software and server engineering once “someone foolish enough” had taken his place.

More than thousands of Twitter users reported problems last week, as the social network began letting users post tweets as long as 4,000 characters. While Musk told his Twitter Staff to put aside work on the new feature and focus on troubleshooting on Twitter.

But despite the difficulties, Elon Musk encouraged more communication.

As a forum for communication, it’s great. And I would just encourage more communication… to sort of speak in an authentic voice. Sometimes, people will have someone else be their sort of Twitter manager or something like that. People should just do their tweets… I think that’s the way to do it.”
