Pop music icon Adele is diversifying her portfolio with the launch of her own cosmetics line, The Shelbourne Collective. The singer has applied for the trademark, a move that, once approved, will enable her to introduce a range of beauty products.
Fresh from completing a segment of her Las Vegas residency, Adele’s cosmetic line is set to feature eyeshadows and bold eyeliners, emulating the signature smokey eyes crafted by her makeup artist. The Mirror reports that the “Set Fire to the Rain” hitmaker is also poised to offer an array of body care products, including creams, lotions, lipsticks, lip balms, perfumes, and accessories like jewelry and watches.
Adele joins the league of celebrities venturing into the cosmetics industry, with Kim Kardashian’s successful skincare brand serving as a precedent. Singers Rihanna and Ariana Grande have also achieved considerable success in the cosmetics business, amassing millions in a relatively short time.
Despite her foray into beauty products, Adele’s manager recently revealed that the singer will not embark on a world tour following the conclusion of her extended Las Vegas residency in June 2024. The manager did not provide specific details about the decision, leaving fans intrigued.
