Britney Spears’ recent viral night out in Westlake, California, is being reevaluated after early reports suggested erratic behavior, including knocking over glasses and making a strange toast at Red O restaurant.
However, Oliver Wynn, the general manager who attended to Spears that evening, told Us Weekly that the singer was “super chill and really nice” throughout her visit.
“She just kind of hung out, grabbed a bite to eat and left,” Wynn explained, noting Spears was not intoxicated and hadn’t ordered any alcohol herself, though a fan bought her a glass of wine.
According to Wynn, Spears spent her time chatting with friends and fans, posing for pictures, and engaging warmly with everyone present.
“I was impressed at how nice she actually was. I’ve worked at other restaurants frequented by a lot of celebrities, and I’ve never really seen a celebrity be as nice as Britney was,” Wynn added.
Following the viral driving footage, Spears posted on Instagram with a photo of Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck hugging, cryptically writing:
“If anyone is wondering the lookalike was not me….”
The post, while not directly addressing the video, sparked speculation that Spears was distancing herself from the incident.
Despite the calmer account from Wynn, Spears’ family remains concerned about her well-being. A source told Daily Mail:
“There’s a lot of concern. Everyone has always wanted the best for her, and she’s showing right now that she’s making bad choices.”
The renewed public attention comes in the wake of Kevin Federline’s memoir, You Thought You Knew, which contains serious claims about Spears. Her representatives have denied the allegations, accusing Federline of profiting off her after child support payments for their two sons ended.
While the driving footage initially alarmed fans, the restaurant manager’s account presents a calmer, more grounded version of events, leaving the public to question what truly happened that night.
