Ariana Grande teases new music with new footage from the recording studio

Ariana Grande shared a series of photos and a video on Instagram, working in a professional recording studio, three years after her last album release. In most of the clips, the vocalist is visibly editing audio files on a computer.

Her fans and friends were quick to run to the comments. “Oh this bout to eat,” SZA wrote under her post. Billie Eilish commented, “UN MUTE PLS”. Her Wicked costar, Cynthia Erivo, shared a touching message. “Love you sweetheart, no one is ready, I’m so freaking proud of you!! This project is so freaking special!!!”

She attached no caption on her post, and the videos were mute, leaving us in suspense and doubts. What is Ariana Grande planning or what’s her next turn?

Grande put her singing career on pause to pursue the Wicked live-action film. Her last album release was in 2020 with Positions, keeping her “sights trained” on Wicked and R.E.M Beauty, per Billboard.

The artist appeared on The Weeknd’s “Die for You” and Kelly Clarkson’s “Santa, Can You Hear Me.” In August, Grande also released a 10th anniversary edition of her debut album, Yours Truly.

This is also not the first time that Grande has teased music. In August of this year, she told her fans in a Q&A for R.E.M. Beauty that new music was coming. “I know you’re very annoyed with me and my little makeup, but it’s coming,” she joked. “There’s more.”

Arianators, do you think Ariana Grande will release a new album in 2024? You will have to wait and see as she continues to build anticipation.
