Darren Watkins Jr., a famous YouTuber streamer who is better known as IShowSpeed, had to be headed to hospital and treated by paramedics after the fire department was called after the Elephant Toothpaste experiment went wrong.

But the good news is that fanatics can rest easy, however, as his cameraman Slipz has confirmed that the streamer is fine now. It seems that Darren had a problem breathing after fumes from the experiment.

IShowSpeed is known for his chaotic energy on stream and has witnessed a meteoric climb in popularity with thousands of fans who tune in to watch his streams on a routine basis.

The Elephant Toothpaste experiment caused the streamer’s room to fill up with a ton of gas, and according to the moderator’s report in chat, firefighters were called to assist in stabilizing him.

However, Slipz has since ensured that IShowSpeed is fine. He posted a brief clip of the experiment where the YouTuber can be seen choking and gasping for air.

The Elephant Toothpaste experiment, quite a common chemistry demonstration, creates a foamy substance due to a reaction between Hydrogen Peroxide and Iodine in water. Seemingly, it caused IShowSpeed to obtain breathing difficulty.
