Kim Kardashian has reportedly taken significant measures to protect her oldest daughter, North, from the controversial behavior of her father, Kanye West.
According to reports, Kim, who is Kanye’s ex-wife, has implemented a ban on television in her household to shield her children from their father’s erratic actions.
The 42-year-old reality TV star revealed that she specifically prohibits her children, particularly North West, from watching television to prevent them from witnessing the rapper’s outrageous behavior.
Kanye, the 45-year-old American rapper, has frequently made headlines with his offensive and unpredictable tweets, often targeting Kim publicly since their divorce last year.
In a recent episode of the third season of “The Kardashians,” Kim opened up emotionally to her mother, Kris Jenner, about the extreme measures she has to take to protect her nine-year-old daughter from learning about her father’s actions.
During the conversation, Kris expressed her concern and said, “Imagine trying to explain this to a nine-year-old, North, who I’m sure is hearing something and maybe she won’t say it. And that’s what breaks my heart.”
Kim shared her response, said, “She actually doesn’t know, and that’s what’s so crazy. When stuff is said, it affects my entire household. We don’t have regular TV, only Apple TV. I can’t risk them seeing something mentioned by their dad on ‘Access Hollywood’ or any news segment. I want to prevent that, so they haven’t seen anything, but I constantly feel like I’m in crisis mode.”
Kim tearfully added, “I have to find a way to protect them. They are still unaware, and I’m doing everything I can to keep it that way.”
