Madonna gives fans hope for her biopic after sharing photos with Julia Garner on her Instagram Story. The Material Girl hit-maker recently posted several photos with the Ozark star, giving fans a glimpse of what to expect from her highly-anticipated biopic.
In the first photo, Madonna can be seen embracing Garner, who sports a short blonde haircut. The second photo shows the two women enjoying French fries together, with Madonna captioning the post, “We are Madonna.”
According to The New York Post, Garner and Madonna attended the 58th birthday of famed photographer Steven Klein at Journey restaurant, which featured “floor-to-ceiling and tabletop 360 projection mapping” after the 2023 Met Gala.
Madonna had previously put her biopic on hold while she focuses on her Celebration world tour, which is set to begin in North America in July before heading to the UK and Europe in October 2024.
Garner previously teased fans about the biopic, telling Entertainment Tonight, “I don’t want to tell too much. I want to keep things – yeah, fingers crossed.” Despite the delay caused by Madonna’s tour, fans are excited to see what the biopic has in store and the glimpse offered by these photos has only heightened their anticipation.
