Robert Pattinson, best known for his role as Edward Cullen in the “Twilight” saga, has landed the lead role in Adam McKay’s upcoming film for Netflix, “Average Height, Average Build.” The actor will be testing out his comedy chops in the new movie, where he will play a serial killer.

In the film, Pattinson’s character persuades political lobbyists to change laws that would make it easier for him to kill. The movie is being described as a thriller/comedy, and will also star Amy Adams as a lobbyist. Robert Downey Jr. has also been cast in the film.

McKay, who is best known for comedies such as “Stepbrothers,” “Anchorman,” and “The Big Short,” will write and direct the movie. This marks his return to Netflix following the success of his 2020 apocalypse comedy “Don’t Look Up.”

Pattinson’s film career has taken several twists since his role in the “Twilight” saga. He has since taken on darker roles in films such as “The Devil All The Time,” “Tenet,” “The Batman,” “The Lighthouse,” and “Good Time.” This new role in “Average Height, Average Build” will allow him to showcase his versatility as an actor and test out his comedic skills.

Fans of Pattinson can expect to see him enthralling them with his killing stunts in the film, which is sure to be a hit on the streaming platform. With a talented cast and a well-respected director behind the camera, “Average Height, Average Build” is shaping up to be an exciting project for all involved.
