After reserving a victory against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, Travis Kelce celebrated the victory with Taylor Swift by his side at his postgame party.
In a picture first acquired by TMZ, the pop star is noticed with her arm covered around the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s neck at Kansas City’s Prime Social. An unnamed source formerly told that Kelce “rented out” the rooftop restaurant to host a party for his mates.
The singer-songwriter and athlete “showed up together and were adorable and normal, just hanging out and conversing,” the source said.
Among those who attended the party were Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who told in a press conference on Wednesday that Swift is “really cool, good person.”
Before the party, Swift and Kelce were caught leaving Sunday’s contest in Kelce’s 1970 Chevelle 408 Stroker convertible, which an insider told is from his “personal collection.”
At the match, Taylor Swift was seen sitting in a suite next to Kelce’s mother Donna, and jumping enthusiastically after he scored an outstanding touchdown. A video of the moment was shared by the NFL on X and has fetched over one million views.
The game had 24.3 million viewers, causing it the week’s highest-rated telecast on any network, according to Fox Sports. Kelce’s jerseys also witnessed an increase in sales, per Fanatics, the NFL’s e-commerce partner.
Travis Kelce recalled on Sunday’s game in the latest episode of his podcast, New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce.
He said, “I just thought it was awesome that everybody in the suite had nothing but good things to say about her. The friends and family … she looked amazing and everybody was talking about her in great light and on top of that the day went perfect for Chiefs fans, of course.”
He stated that it was a match he was going to remember for many causes.
Kelce said, “To see the slow motion chest bumps, to see the high fives with mom, to see how, you know, Chiefs kingdom was all excited that she was there, that s— was hysterical and it was definitely a game I’ll remember that’s for damn sure and then we just slid off in the getaway car at the end.”
