Hip-hop icon and entrepreneur Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing mounting legal pressure as federal prosecutors unveil explosive new charges, including sex trafficking and transporting a woman for prostitution.
The 55-year-old music mogul once celebrated for his chart-topping success and lavish lifestyle, appeared in a New York federal court to formally deny the latest allegations. The woman involved in the most recent charges has been identified in court documents as “Victim-2.”

Prosecutors allege that Combs operated a criminal enterprise for over two decades, during which he allegedly abused, threatened, and manipulated women and others in his inner circle to fulfill his sexual desires, safeguard his reputation, and suppress damaging information.
The accusations paint a disturbing picture of systemic abuse. According to court filings, Combs is said to have leveraged the vast resources of his business empire—including employees, finances, and influence—to carry out a range of serious crimes. These reportedly include sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.

“Mr. Combs used his wealth and power to construct a network designed to exploit and control,” prosecutors stated. “This was not a case of isolated incidents—it was a pattern of behavior carried out with the support of his businesses and staff.”
The new charges come amid a growing wave of scrutiny surrounding Combs, who has been the subject of multiple lawsuits and investigations in recent months. If convicted, the charges could result in significant prison time and mark a dramatic fall from grace for one of the music industry’s most influential figures.
As the legal battle intensifies, representatives for Combs have yet to issue a public statement regarding the latest claims.
The case is ongoing.
