Jennifer Aniston is reportedly reevaluating her living situation following a frightening stalker incident at her Bel-Air home, sparking serious talks about relocating from Los Angeles.
According to multiple insiders who spoke with RadarOnline.com, the Friends star is contemplating a move to the upscale seaside town of Montecito, California. The celebrity-favorite enclave is already home to many of Aniston’s close friends, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Orlando Bloom, Cameron Diaz, and Rob Lowe.
Sources revealed that Aniston already owns a nearly completed property in Montecito, making the transition easier if she decides to relocate. “There’s nothing stopping her from moving there right now,” a source said. “Plus, she has a strong support system in that area.”

Another possibility on the table is upstate New York, where stars like Michelle Williams enjoy quiet retreats. “She’s not opposed to investing in a farmhouse-style property away from the chaos of the city,” the insider added.
Despite her love for her Bel-Air estate, which she has lived in alone for years, the recent security breach seems to have changed Aniston’s perspective. The Emmy-winning actress reportedly feels that Los Angeles has become “dangerous and depressing” and that she’s “too isolated.”
The incident that triggered the potential move involved a 48-year-old man, Jimmy Wayne Carwile, who drove through the gates of Aniston’s property while she was home. Her private security team quickly intervened and detained the intruder at gunpoint until LAPD officers arrived. Carwile was later arrested on felony vandalism charges and held without bond.
“No one in her circle blames her for being shaken up,” a source said. “Everyone understands why she’s seriously thinking about relocating.”
Although she may keep Los Angeles as a base for professional commitments, sources confirm that Aniston is actively searching for a new home where she can feel safer and more at peace.
