Addressing the Oscar tradition where the previous year’s winner typically presents the award the following year, Jamie quipped, “Oscar people: Am I presenting?”
With a playful smile, the “Freaky Friday” actress humorously remarked, “It’s usually a tradition that last year’s winner presents this year — well, they haven’t called yet.”
Expressing her enthusiasm for the possibility, Jamie added, “Would you please call? I’d like to get a dress, and I would like to arrange things.”
