Jennifer Lawrence has revealed plans to undergo breast surgery following the birth of her second child, candidly sharing how her body has changed after her latest pregnancy. In a revealing interview with The New Yorker, the actress spoke openly about motherhood, self-image, and cosmetic choices.
The Oscar-winning star, who recently welcomed her second child with husband Cooke Maroney, joked about needing to quit vaping before the procedure, as nicotine can slow healing.
“Everything bounced back, pretty much, after the first one,” Lawrence said. “Second one, nothing bounced back.”

Lawrence also admitted to using Botox but avoids fillers because they are noticeable on camera. She laughed about not having a facelift yet but added humorously,
“No, but believe me, I’m gonna.”
The Causeway actress reflected on her confidence in filming a nude fight scene in No Hard Feelings after her first child, noting the praise she received for her openness about postpartum recovery. Lawrence confirmed she will appear nude on screen again in spring 2026, about a year after giving birth to her second child.
Her candid discussion of body changes, cosmetic procedures, and motherhood has drawn attention online, with fans praising her honesty and celebrating her as one of the few Hollywood stars speaking openly about these topics.
