Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband Ojani Noa has hit back at the superstar after she made controversial remarks about her former partners during a recent interview.
The Marry Me actress and singer, who has been in the spotlight for her high-profile relationships, recently appeared on The Howard Stern Show where she hinted that some of her exes — including Ojani — were “not lovable” and “didn’t have it in them.”
The comment didn’t sit well with her first husband, Ojani Noa, who took to social media to fire back at Lopez, accusing her of playing the “victim card” and misrepresenting their past relationship.
Ojani Noa Responds: “Stop Putting Me Down”
In a fiery Instagram Story post, the 51-year-old former model and actor directly addressed Lopez’s comments. “Stop putting us down. Stop putting me down with your victim card. The problem is not us. Not me,” he wrote.
Noa, who was married to Lopez from 1997 to 1998, went on to accuse the Kiss of the Spider Woman star of being dishonest and unfaithful during their marriage. “The problem is you. You’re the one who couldn’t keep it in your pants,” he continued. “You’ve been ‘loved’ a few times. You’ve been married four times and had countless relationships in between.”
Ojani Claims He Was Loyal and Devoted
The Maid in Manhattan star’s ex insisted that he was a devoted husband during their brief marriage. “You’ve had good relationships… Me, for example. I was in love with you. I moved out of state to support, protect, and care for you,” Noa claimed.
“I’m an amazing, loving person — an honest, faithful man. I never lied, never misbehaved, never cheated on you,” he added.
Noa further alleged that Lopez asked him to stay married for appearances. “You begged me to keep the marriage intact to avoid bad press… But you went for the fast lane of your career and stardom, not caring about me,” he wrote. “You wanted to continue cheating and lying.”
He concluded his statement by saying, “Tell the truth for once. You should be embarrassed, ashamed of yourself.”
