Kim Kardashian has introduced her latest high-tech luxury toy: a Tesla robot. The SKIMS founder shared the new gadget with her fans on Monday, November 18, posting a video on X (formerly Twitter) showing off her new Tesla bot.

“Meet my new friend🦾🤖@Tesla,” she captioned the video, revealing her excitement about the high-tech creation. In the clip, Kardashian interacts with the robot, asking it, “Can you do this? I love you?” as she forms one half of a hand heart. To her surprise, the robot completes the heart gesture, leaving her in awe. “You know how to do that?” she exclaims.

Kardashian also took to Instagram Stories, where she demonstrated other fun interactions with the robot. She taught it how to blow a kiss, and in return, the robot mimicked her actions. “You’re so cute!” Kardashian says as the robot blows her a kiss. The bot also shows off its ability to run, wave, and even do the “Raise the Roof” dance, adding to its charm.

The Tesla Gen 2 humanoid robot, known as Optimus, is expected to begin full production by 2026, although Tesla may start using them internally as early as next year. When available for the public, the robots are expected to cost between $20,000 and $30,000, according to CEO Elon Musk.

In later posts on Instagram, Kardashian also shared a glimpse of a second Tesla robot in gold, as well as a gold Tesla Cybercab, which has yet to be released to the public. It’s unclear whether Kardashian purchased the items or was simply given the chance to test them, but her excitement was evident.

Earlier this year, Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner, gave her youngest son, Psalm, a toy Cybertruck for his fifth birthday. Kardashian shared a video on Instagram showing Psalm proudly announcing that he was going to drive the toy truck to school, prompting a playful response from Kardashian. “You can’t drive this to school,” she laughed, before thanking her mom for the thoughtful gift.
