Liam Hemsworth might have attended Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour to support his fiancée Gabriella Brooks, but he left the concert as a self-proclaimed “total Swiftie.”
During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the 35-year-old Hunger Games star opened up about his unforgettable night at Swift’s sold-out Wembley show, which featured a VIP guest list packed with Hollywood A-listers — including Hugh Grant, Greta Gerwig, Tom Cruise, Ashton Kutcher, and Swift’s fiancé Travis Kelce.
When Fallon asked about the experience, Hemsworth laughed, saying,
“Well, I’m a total Swiftie now.”
The actor recalled meeting one of Kelce’s friends, Reggie King, who was responsible for “the fun that happened.”
“He came up to me and introduced himself. He goes, ‘Hey, man, you know, I’m one of Travis’s boys.’ And then he’s like, ‘We’re doing shots.’ So, I said, ‘All right, we’re doing shots.’”
Soon, the impromptu celebration grew as Reggie called over Hugh Grant, Ashton Kutcher, and Greta Gerwig — and to Hemsworth’s surprise, even Hugh Grant joined in on the shots.
“I didn’t think he would do it, but he’s like, ‘All right, yeah, we’re doing shots!’” Hemsworth said, laughing.
The funniest part came when Reggie asked, moments later, “Who was that guy?” after Grant walked away.
“I was like, ‘That’s Hugh Grant — one of the best actors of all time. He’s British royalty!’” Hemsworth said, sending Fallon and the audience into laughter.
The party didn’t stop there. Reggie soon announced another round of drinks, to which Hemsworth playfully added,
“I love Reggie. Ten minutes later, he’s like, ‘We’re doing more shots!’ and I’m like, ‘Here we go!’”
What began as a night to support his partner turned into one of Hemsworth’s most memorable experiences, filled with laughter, music, and unexpected friendships.
“It was just such a great time,” he shared. “I left that concert a total Swiftie.”
