Public relations and social media expert Caitlin Jardine has advised the Duchess to remain silent in response to online negativity. Speaking to GB News, Jardine emphasized that in crisis communications, “the best response is no response.” She further explained, “There is wisdom in knowing when to stay silent and when to respond.”
