Meghan Markle is giving fans an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at her latest business venture. On Thursday, March 27, the Duchess of Sussex shared an Instagram reel showcasing the making of As Ever’s raspberry jam. The video took viewers through the entire process, from handpicking ripe raspberries to the final product, elegantly packaged in jars.
The caption simply read, “Here we go!”
As Ever is just getting started. While the raspberry jam has caught attention, the brand is preparing to launch a full range of artisanal products in spring 2025. According to its website, upcoming offerings will include wildflower honey, tea blends, shortbread cookies, and crepe mix.
Meghan first teased the jam when the company was still known as American Riviera Orchard. She gifted 50 numbered jars to her friends, including Kris Jenner, Mindy Kaling, and Chrissy Teigen. Kaling, who received jar number 19, humorously speculated about the significance of the numbered jars. During an appearance on With Love, Meghan, Kaling joked, “As a very hierarchical person, I was like, who are these people?” Meghan laughed off the speculation, adding, “People started to take it very personally.”
Recently, actress Abigail Spencer posted a reel showcasing the updated packaging, with the caption, “Start spread-ing the news.”
The rebranding to As Ever reflects Meghan’s passion for “food, gardening, entertaining, and finding joy in the everyday,” something she has openly shared with her followers.
