Singer Rita Ora has recently opened up about her hopes to start a family with her husband, Taika Waititi, in an upcoming episode of “Running Wild With Bear Grylls: The Challenge.”
During her appearance on the National Geographic show, Ora candidly revealed her aspirations, stating, “I’d love to have children of course when the time is right. Fingers crossed.”
The 32-year-old artist also discussed how her past experiences have shaped her approach to safeguarding her private life moving forward.
Ora elaborated, “Privacy has been a fluctuating battle. I’ve lived in the public eye for nearly a decade, but I’ve learned a lot about both my personal life and my career.”
Referring to her recent wedding to Waititi, she added, “With the wedding, we chose to keep it very close-knit, as it felt significant for us. It was a departure from my usual approach.”
The “Hot Right Now” hitmaker went on to explain, “I’ve always believed in sharing, considering it part of my duty as a public figure, but it’s not obligatory.”
However, Ora’s perspective has evolved over time. She emphasized, “When you possess something precious, the instinct to safeguard it becomes paramount.”
In addition to her personal revelations, the songstress also showered praise on her husband during the show, highlighting his pivotal role as the “driving force” behind her upcoming album, “You & I.”
For those unfamiliar with their journey, Rita Ora and Taika Waititi secretly tied the knot in August 2022 in an intimate ceremony held in Los Angeles, attended by just eight guests.
