According to SuperHeroHype, a DC insider revealed that the reshoots will feature David Corenswet’s Superman, potentially expanding the on-screen relationship between Kara Zor-El and Clark Kent in the evolving DC Universe.

The news follows the recent removal of a Superman costume from a display at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour, with a note stating:
“Superman costume currently being used by production.”
Initially, fans speculated that the costume might be for an upcoming Superman sequel, but the insider clarified that it is instead tied to Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.

Supergirl, whose real name is Kara Zor-El, is Superman’s cousin and the “last daughter of Krypton”. She shares his Kryptonian heritage and powers, making her a formidable addition to the DC Universe.
Based on the comics created by Otto Binder and Al Plastino and inspired by Tom King’s Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, the film follows Kara as she travels the galaxy with her dog Krypto to celebrate her 21st birthday. Along the way, she meets a young woman and embarks on a “murderous quest for revenge” on her behalf.
