Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship has sparked plenty of rumors about engagements, weddings, and even pregnancy. However, a recent and serious situation involving the pop superstar has gone beyond mere speculation.
Taylor Swift was granted a temporary restraining order on June 6 against a man from Colorado, Brian Jason Wagner, who bizarrely claims to be in a relationship with her and insists she is the mother of his child.
According to legal filings obtained by Page Six, Wagner has repeatedly visited Swift’s Los Angeles residence, making unsettling claims such as “living at my property” and asserting a relationship that Swift firmly denies, calling the allegations “disconnected from reality.”

The restraining order details multiple incidents starting in 2024, including visits to her home and a July 2024 encounter where Wagner allegedly carried a glass bottle that could be used as a weapon. He also appeared near her home in May 2025 under the pretense of checking on a friend.
More concerning is Wagner’s criminal record and the fact that he sent letters to Swift from jail, describing a fabricated romantic involvement with her. Reports also indicate he threatened Swift’s staff via emails.
The restraining order was officially granted on June 9, protecting Swift until June 30. The Grammy-winning singer, who is currently dating NFL star Travis Kelce, is reportedly in “fear of imminent harm” due to Wagner’s persistent and threatening behavior.
This development highlights the serious security challenges celebrities face beyond the media spotlight, as Swift continues to navigate both her personal life and professional success amidst growing concerns for her safety.
