Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce recently revealed significant news about the future of his popular podcast, New Heights, which he co-hosts with his brother, Jason Kelce. During the latest episode aired on July 9, Jason confirmed that the podcast’s third season is nearing its conclusion as the NFL team prepares to head into training camp.
Podcast to Pause for Training Camp
Jason Kelce, the 37-year-old Eagles player and co-host, explained that the podcast will take a break once training camp begins. “Travis is going to training camp as you all know,” Jason shared. He went on to say, “Whenever training camp starts, we take a hiatus from the pod, because it’s nearly impossible to do a podcast while somebody’s in training camp.”
The brothers plan to officially wrap up season three of New Heights on July 23, with a few remaining pre-recorded episodes featuring special guests still set to air.
Travis Kelce’s Focus on Football and Training Camp
The Kansas City Chiefs’ training camp is scheduled to start on July 22 and run through August 13. As the season approaches, Travis Kelce expressed his renewed passion for football during a mandatory minicamp practice in mid-June. “I love this game. It’s still my childhood dream,” the NFL star told US Weekly.

He added, “When I really thought about it, I think, this offseason, I got back to just wanting to really focus on this game and getting the most out of this game as I possibly can.”
Personal Life: Offseason with Taylor Swift
Outside of football, Travis Kelce has been enjoying his offseason with girlfriend Taylor Swift, spending quality time together away from the field and cameras.
What’s Next for New Heights?
With training camp underway, fans of the New Heights podcast can expect a temporary pause in new episodes. However, the Kelce brothers’ engaging conversations and unique insights into football and life will likely return once the season progresses.
