Travis Scott may be a global music sensation, but when it comes down to it — he’s a dad first.
The Grammy-nominated rapper lit up the stage during his long-awaited return to Coachella on Saturday, April 12, and took a moment mid-performance to show love to his daughter, Stormi Webster. “Stormi, let’s rock,” he called out to the crowd, as captured in viral fan videos circulating online.
Scott, 33, shares Stormi, 7, and son Aire, 3, with his ex, beauty mogul Kylie Jenner. While Travis was hyping up the desert crowd, Kylie was also spotted enjoying the festival atmosphere alongside her current boyfriend, actor Timothée Chalamet.
This Coachella performance marked Travis Scott’s first return to the iconic music festival in nearly seven years — his last appearance being in 2017. Ahead of the show, he had teased a “fully immersive and experiential world” for fans, hinting at a new musical chapter that would unfold during the festival.
Scott’s set was one of the most highly anticipated of the event, which boasts a powerhouse lineup including Lady Gaga, Post Malone, Green Day, Missy Elliott, BLACKPINK’s Lisa and Jennie, and Ed Sheeran.
Though surrounded by thousands of fans and flashing lights, Travis Scott made it clear that family remains close to his heart — even in the midst of a career-defining moment.
