Jennifer Aniston’s Workout Revelation: Low Impact, High Results

Speaking to RadarOnline, Aniston shared a key shift in her mindset when it comes to fitness. “I always thought that you have to push your body; it has to be an hour and a half; it has to be, ‘no pain, no gain,’ and all of those things that we’ve been told,” she explained.

However, the Murder Mystery actress now embraces a more sustainable and gentler routine. Aniston credits her current wellness transformation to Pvolve, a low-impact workout method that focuses on functional movement and resistance training to enhance strength and mobility.

“You don’t have to break your body or spend hours in the gym,” said the Morning Show star.

Aniston practices Pvolve three to five times a week, committing to 50-minute sessions that leave her feeling balanced and energized—without the wear and tear of high-intensity routines.

Despite dealing with past injuries, the We’re the Millers actress expressed how this new approach has helped her feel better than ever.

“I just wish I had a workout like this in my 20s and 30s because I wouldn’t have all of the injuries that I have,” she said.

Now in her mid-50s, Aniston confidently states, “I feel the strongest and the most in-shape I’ve ever been.”

Exercise isn’t her only secret to staying youthful and energized. Aniston also shared insight into her approach to food—and it’s all about balance, not restriction.

In a previous interview, she admitted to once following an extremely strict diet. “There was a time when I’d have one M&M or one chip,” she said. But now, she’s far more relaxed.

“I don’t deprive myself,” Aniston explained, revealing that she allows cheat meals and indulgent days.

Some of her go-to comfort foods include cheeseburgers, fries, Mexican dishes, pizza, and pasta—all her favorite savory treats. Interestingly, she added that she’s not a fan of sweets: “I don’t go for ice cream or cakes.”
