Kate Middleton apologized for what she called “any confusion” over the picture that was released early on Sunday to mark Mother’s Day in Britain.
Catherine apologized on social media and signed with a “C” followed by famous picture agencies like AP and Reuters removing the image citing claims of manipulation.
The Princess of Wales wrote, “Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused. I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day.”
Major news outlets removed a photo of Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales, which was released by Kensington Palace after her abdominal surgery.
After learning of the ‘space’ where Charlotte’s sleeve should be, the Princess of Wales’ ‘misplaced’ zip, and the patterns on Louis’ jumper News agencies Associated Press, Australian Associated Press, Reuters, and AFP have decided to “kill” the image.
The picture was originally shared by Kensington Palace as a celebration of Mother’s Day in the United Kingdom.
The image shared on Instagram shows Kate Middleton sitting with her and Prince William’s three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
Kate Middleton has been out of the public eye since January following a planned abdominal surgery.
Kensington Palace has declined to comment on the “controversial” photo.
