Kate Middleton’s ongoing recovery has been met with positivity and hope as she takes on a busy week of royal engagements. Royal Correspondent Richard Palmer provided an update during a discussion with GB News, highlighting her encouraging progress.
Palmer described the Princess of Wales’ approach to recovery as “very gentle, very slow, at her own pace,” adding that the signs are looking “encouraging.” These remarks come as Kate gears up for what is likely her busiest week of the year, with numerous official engagements, including her much-anticipated annual carol concert.
Despite the demands of hosting such a significant event, Kate is embracing her full responsibilities. Palmer noted, “Although she’s got an army of people helping her, it takes a lot of planning, and she’s doing the full deal.”
When asked whether adjustments had been made to her schedule to accommodate her recovery, Palmer confirmed that no changes had been made. “She’s doing everything she’s done before. I think those are really encouraging signs,” he said.
Looking forward, Prince William recently expressed hope that Kate will be able to undertake at least one overseas trip next year, signaling further improvement in her health.
While it remains unclear whether her treatment is fully complete, Palmer offered an optimistic update, stating, “We know that she’s not having chemotherapy now, but we don’t know that she’s finished all treatment necessarily. So it may take a while yet, but I think the signs are positive.”
Kate Middleton’s resilience and dedication continue to inspire royal watchers, as she balances her recovery with a packed royal calendar. Her steady return to her royal duties suggests a promising future for the Princess of Wales as she prepares to take on her role as Queen Consort in the years ahead.
