Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has extended a warm invitation to the Pakistan cricket team, led by captain Shan Masood, to visit the PM House on December 5.
The Men in Green, who arrived in Sydney on December 1st, swiftly proceeded to Canberra. Their training sessions are set to commence at 10 am local time on Sunday, December 3rd.
Pakistan is scheduled to play a four-day fixture against Prime Minister’s XI on Wednesday, 6 December at Manuka Oval in Canberra.
In addition to the PM’s invitation, Cricket Australia has also extended an invitation to Zaka Ashraf, chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Management Committee. He is invited to attend the second Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on December 26, where discussions on crucial matters with Cricket Australia members are anticipated during his stay in Australia.
