Despite Travis making an early impact with a touchdown in the first half, Jason’s team outperformed the Chiefs, scoring an additional 14 points in the second half and effectively shutting down the Chiefs’ offensive efforts.
Post-game, the brothers shared a heartfelt moment on the field, embracing and sharing laughter before parting ways to greet others.
The Kelce family, including their mother Donna, attended the game in a suite. Notably absent was American pop star Taylor Swift, a familiar presence and lucky charm for Travis, who had prior commitments in Brazil.
Donna, sporting a unique split jacket featuring the Eagles colors of Jason and the Chiefs red of Travis, revealed that the Pro Football Hall of Fame had sent back her jacket from Super Bowl LVII for this special occasion when her sons faced each other.
Alongside the Kelces, Patrick Mahomes’s wife Brittany, supporting her husband, was also spotted during the pregame matchup.
This matchup marked only the fifth time in NFL history that both Kelce siblings shared the roster. The first encounter in 2013 saw Travis sidelined due to injury, followed by matchups in 2017, 2021, and the 2023 Super Bowl, affectionately known as the Kelce Bowl.
