AB de Villiers opens up about final-four in the World Cup 2023

AB de Villiers, Mr. 360, talked about which team will be reached in the final four in the upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup 2023. He favorites India to win the World Cup title for the third this year.

Surely, India I believe they will win the title against there, he said.

This year’s tournament will be a Fairy Tale World Cup. India, Australia, and England are likely to fix their spots in the final four. Then I’d go with South Africa, although Pakistan also has a good possibility to make in final-four in the World Cup 2023, he added.

The former South Africa wicketkeeper batter added that World Cup matches will be played on good pitches.

I’ve gone to the semi-finals of the tournament with three non-subcontinent teams, which is very difficult. But after considering the wickets in the tournaments will be good, I will stick to it. I don’t believe that bad wickets will be noticed during the upcoming tournament in India, AB de Villiers said.

The former sensational batsman expected that England-India will be finalists but wants his nation to play the top fixture as well.

The upcoming World Cup will begin on October 5. The first game will be a replica of the 2019 World Cup final as New Zealand takes on defending champions in Ahmedabad.
