After the terrifying news of his shoulder injury ahead of the Asia Cup, Naseem Shah, the Pakistani Pacer, has denied rumors of injury in the Lanka Premier League (LPL), attributing his nonappearance against the Galle Titans to tiredness.
Shah said that he is not facing any injury and is fully available for the upcoming Asia Cup and series against Afghanistan.
The right-hand pacer was rested in the match, between Colombo Strikers and Galle Titans, due to tiredness not because of any injury. He added that he had been granted permission to take a break by his team’s franchise upon his request.
Chamika Karunaratne, the captain of Colombo Strikers had said at the toss that Naseem Shah was not in the Playing XI because he had some problem with his shoulder.
As Naseem Shah confirms that he is fully available, Pakistan can breathe a sigh of relief as they can prepare for the upcoming series and tournaments with one of their bright fast bowlers in top form.
