US President Joe Biden extended an invitation to the Kansas City Chiefs after winning the Super Bowl as the Chiefs beats beat the San Francisco 49ers with a score of 25-22 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas to bag the Vince Lombardi trophy and win their third Super Bowl and second consecutive prize in five seasons.

Biden tweeted on X. “Congratulations, Chiefs Kingdom. Ready to welcome this team back to the White House.”

Last year’s visit to the White House was the Chiefs’ first official visit.

When the Chiefs won Super Bowl IV, welcoming the team to the Super Bowl was not a tradition.

The Chiefs’ White House visit in 2020 never happened due to the coronavirus pandemic.
