Vivek Ramaswamy, a candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, has flared debate with his comments about the grieving events of 9/11 (September 11) and the January 6 Capitol attack.
The biotech entrepreneur presented the following questions that have attracted widespread denunciation, according to the Atlantic profile.
In 2001, the tragic event of 9/11 (September 11), four hijacked airplanes destroyed essential locations, which caused the death of 2,977 people. The World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and the Capitol or the White House were recognized as the planned targets.
Ramaswamy posed probes into the company of law enforcement personnel on the aircraft that hit the Twin Towers on September 11, during the interview.
I consider it is legitimate to say how many police, how many federal agents, were on the aircraft that struck the Twin Towers, and maybe the answer is zero, he stated.
I have no cause to consider it was anything other than zero. But if we’re doing a complete review of what occurred on 9/11, we have a 9/11 commission, indeed that should be an answer the people know the answer to, Ramaswamy added.
Ramaswamy’s controversial comments weren’t restricted to the 9/11 attacks. He also commented on the January 6 attack on the Capitol.
Asking what was the truth about January 6? he answered, I don’t know.
But we can hold it. Whatever it is, we can hold it. Government agents. How many government agents were in the area? Right? he added.
