After heavy rain hits different parts of Japan, it left dozens of residents injured, killed one person, and left two missing, while thousands of residents get evacuation warnings from their area, authorities said on Saturday.
The recent flood caused by the residue of former Typhoon Mawar has now been downgraded to a storm.
A life-saving team found a man in central Aichi region’s Toyohashi, where authorities issued a highest-evacuation alert, he was aged 60 years old in a sunken car, but after being rescued from his car, he was confirmed dead, a city official told AFP.
Official told AFP that in western Wakayama they start from scratch research to find one man and a women. While on Saturday morning, the Fire department agency said that approximately six people were injured and dozens of people suffered minor injuries.

Thousands of houses, close to Tokyo, suffered power outages but the issues were resolved for many houses, according to the Tokyo Electric Power Company said.
Bullen trains that travel between Tokyo and Nagyo were suspended but the railway authorities said that they resumed the operations around noon.
According to Scientists, climate change is strengthening the risk of heavy rain because a warmer atmosphere cause more rainfall.
