On Wednesday, an Australian man who mailed his urine and faeces to Hollywood actors Leonardo Di Caprio and Jared Leto was sentenced to a two-year good-behavior bond.

In February, Veronica Grey sent boxes from post offices around the state of Western Australia, a court in the town of Broome heard and was discovered after one of the boxes leaked onto a postal worker.

ABC, the Public Broadcaster said that Grey had put his waste, faeces, and urine inside 23 postal bags, sent to the receiver as “valentine confectionary (sic)”.

The court said that Grey pleaded culpable to five charges of utilizing a postal service to menace, harass or cause offense.

ABC reported that the 49-year-old was born in the Philippines before moving to the United States and then Australia.

Grey’s defense lawyer said that he had no intention to harass anyone but he wanted to share his “passion for the environment, according to local media. It added that a report presented in court showed Grey had a mental health disorder that impacted his impulse control.
