On Friday, Ukraine’s forces crossed into the Russian-occupied east bank of the Kherson region and set troops position there, the regions’s Russian-installed governor, Vladimir Saldo said.
Ukraine’s sabotage groups had been able to hide out on the edge of the Russian-controlled town of Kozachi Lageri, near the Dnipro River, but they were later “cleared out” by Russian troops, Saldo added.
Saldo added that on the first day of the stimulation… separate sabotage groups were able to hide on the edge of the compromise.
He added that as of today, the Kozachi Lageri area has been fully removed physically – there are no Kyiv troops there.
The following comments come after Ganna Malyar, the deputy defense of Ukraine confirmed that specific Ukraine units fulfilled particular tasks, on the Dnipro River’s left bank in Kherson. We can’t provide any further details, she added.
Last November, Kyiv recover the west bank of the region of Kherson and has been projecting irregular operations on the east bank since.
