On day four of the quake, the death toll in Turkey-Syria is nearly 15,500. Rescuers giving their best to pull survivors under the rubble but seems like they have to give their life strength to do this task.
The Disaster Management Authority of Turkey (AFAD) said 12,391 people have died in Turkey, while in Syria 2,992 people have died, which brings 15,383 confirmed deaths after Monday’s quake.

A man survived but his family didn’t
Reuters click this heartbreaking story from Hatay, where they saw rescuers trying to pull a man under the rubble of his home, named Abdulalim Muaini. His legs were trapped under a slab of concrete but he was able to talk with the rescue team.
His wife Esra was lying near him but rescue teams had come too late for her. While his two daughters, Mahsen and Besira were found out after rescuers pull Abdulalim successfully.
People spent nights in blankets
Thousands of families are now homeless while some families have left their homes as they have afraid of collapsing of their homes followed by the Turkey-Syria earthquake. They spent the freezing nights in cars and tents. Parents carrying their children in blankets because it was warmer than sitting in a tent.

Supermarkets gave wooden pallets to families so they can burn it to warm their and their childrens’ bodies. Some left the region while some found sanctuary with relatives. Poor familes camps are badly damages by Monday’s quake. They mention, authorities have done nothing for them.

Twitter has been restored in Turkey
As reported by Netblocks internet observatory, Twitter has been restored in Turkey.
The observatory first reported the restrictions on Twitter on Wednesday. Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter said that Turkey had indicated, it would restore access to the platform soon.
