Lindsay Lohan is sharing heartwarming behind-the-scenes details from the set of her upcoming Netflix Christmas movie, Our Little Secret. In a recent interview, the actress revealed how her co-star Kristin Chenoweth frequently apologized to her after filming tense scenes together.
During the interview, which also featured castmate Ian Harding, Kristin expressed her admiration for Lindsay, saying, “I just adore her.” Lindsay, in turn, recounted how Kristin made a habit of checking in with her after their dramatic on-screen moments. “She would come to me, like, ‘I hope you know I didn’t mean that.’ I was like, ‘Oh, yeah, I know,’” Lindsay told Extra.
In addition to acting, Lindsay also took on the role of producer for the holiday film and reflected on the close-knit environment on set. “We were on a sound stage a lot, which was really fun. It creates such a different atmosphere of structure and getting to know people,” she shared. “Besides eating together, we would all get different trucks to come for everyone and the crew… It becomes your little family and your little world there.”
Now a mother to her 1-year-old son, Luai, Lindsay also opened up about her evolving Christmas traditions. “We have our son now, so we’re going to have new traditions. Maybe we’ll have something that’s different that he ends up liking that we create for him,” she said, hinting at the joy of creating lasting memories with her growing family.
Our Little Secret, which brings together Lohan and Chenoweth in a heartwarming holiday story, is set to premiere on Netflix on November 27. Fans can look forward to seeing the chemistry and connection between the talented cast, both on and off screen.
